Stay On His(Jesus) Path
Why are we so hard headed?Why are we so determined to try to plot our own course?Why are we consumed by wanting to feel good?Mainly because our flesh has alot more control over us than what we want to admit.We turn to the wrong people and things for all the wrong reasons,because "I want to feel better."We quickly forget that these very decisions have cause us alot of grief throughout our lives.
We never are satisfied mainly because what we seek has no connection to Jesus Christ. Its source is the flesh and its feelings,fleeting whims that never satisfy.But i'm not here to tell you about something you already know,let's discuss how you can move forward.The main thing we need to do is realize that its not about us and our feelings.Those are the very things that have cause us to travel this course stumbling aimlessly.
God's word is the only thing that can unlock our true identity.We don't spend time in it mainly because we want to feel good, and because we will discover what we need to do is greater than what we want to do.Our selfish nature(flesh) screams to be in control of where its going but has no course.Look to God for strength,trust in what his word says about you because his word was design for your benefit and your road map to living.
Don't let the pitfalls of life slow you down.Climb out of your pits and move onward to your destination.Remember you only need validation from Jesus Christ not people,places or things...Pray..seek his face.....give him glory....and keep your mind stay on him..Find people who have Jesus's heart and will encourage you, people who will pray with and for you and you do the same with and for them. You don't have to do this alone.
He left us with provisions for this Journey,one another.......find wise sound people and plant them in your life to help you grow. No matter how hard,overwhelming or difficult "Stay on (Jesus')Path" the rewards are priceless.
