Pay Attention:Mind Your Own Business
We must learn to stop being preoccupied by whats going on in the world and learn to focus on ourselves.This preoccupation with being jealous and coveting other people have cause many people much anguish and unnecessary distractions.We become to slain by what we see and do not understand that we cannot have everything we see and everything we see is not in our best interest.
Even though we may not admit it we like judging others.It's a very bad character flaw for many of us.Most times it's done to make us feel a little better about our own lives and own way of living.Where we miss things is that everyone's assignment in life is different and everyone's impact in this world is different.We don't have time to watch anyone else's missteps because rest assured you are certainly tripping over your ownself with yours.
The reality is there is no way you can help or offer advise to anyone until you can get yourself strong enough.How can the weak help the weak?We must learn to walk and embrace a foundational relationship with Jesus Christ.We must Build up our CHARACTER,be more senstive to the plight of others,love unconditionally,give what you can to bless others,learn how to be selfless instead of selfish and above all put GOD FIRST IN YOUR LIFE!
Paul in his letter to the Romans in Roman 15:1 put it best..."We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up. For even Christ did not please himself but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.”For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope."
Want to be come strong and be able to bless others,you must first learn to" Pay Attention:Mind Your Own Business."
